Rainy Week in the Woods

 Not too much on the trail cameras this week as it has been a bit wet and rainy. Firstly, lets see what we got on the first camera trap on the woodland edge. 

First were a few squirrels - here is a good shot of one:

One of my favourites of this post was this jay:

The highlight of this post for me is the first redwing of 2026. We have't had one since early spring last year when they all returned to Scandinavia. I wonder where this particular one stopped on the way?

A few pigeons:

That was all on the woodland edge camera, now lets see what was on the log camera.

After a few squirrels, we did actaully get another jay:

There were plenty of squirrels about.

And a fox at night:
