 We were lucky to get a fallow deer in the Forest of Dean.

Moorhen Chicks on the canal

We were on the way to the pub when we saw a family of moorhens on the canal. Unlike our other photos we took these on a phone camera rather than the camera trap.

We thought we found a really nice spot...but this is what we got...........

Night Fox

Last night we got video footage of our first fox at night. 

I put the camera trap in an open wood next to a calm clearing. 

Other sightings this week.....

This week we also manged to capture some new birds we've not seen before as well as the usual sightings of squirrels and mice.
